The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department by creating a positive associate experience through recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and engagement initiatives. This role assists with maintaining employee records, coordinating training, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
